Customer Experience

Role Purpose:  The main role of Customer Experience is to handle sales leads, feasibility studies and to respond proactively to enquires in the region.  The role will be to ensure a professional service to the client, supporting the Regional Sales and Key Account Managers, specifically in proposal creation.  Responsible for a segment of customers to proactively manage leads through the opportunity management process, growing business with customers and resellers.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the commercial offers and will collaborate with operations to deliver an excellent service to clients.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service/ Management/ Remote Sensing/ Quality/ Geography
  • Minimum qualification required: Professional training of Higher Degree in Environment, Geographic, physical
  • Previous experience, at least 1, year in the various customer service will be assessed
  • Experience or knowledge will be assessed in the field of remote sensing, geographic information systems and / or space
  • Valuable knowledge of satellite imagery or geographic information management programs
  • High English level, used daily at work

Skills and Experience: 

  • Minimum qualification required: Professional training of Higher Degree in Environment, Geography, Remote Sensing or related Earth Observation training
  • Previous experience, at least 3 years in various customer service roles will be assessed
  • Experience or knowledge will be assessed in the field of remote sensing, geographic information systems and / or space
  • Experience with European Space programs an advantage.
  • Valuable knowledge of satellite imagery or geographic information management programs
  • High English level, used daily at work (at least level B2)

Work place: Tres Cantos, Madrid.

  • Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 am-18:30 pm. Friday 9:00 am -15:00 pm
